FUNCTIONS

I.   Determine Istehqaq.

II.   Prepare Local Zakat Fund Accounts.

III.   Disbursement of Zakat to Mustehqeen.

COMPOSITION

A. Local Committee shall consist of 9 Members, of whom 2 shall be women, selected by the residents of the locality.

B. Chairman to be elected by the members of the Committee from amongst one of them.
