FUNCTIONS:
I. Implement Policy guidelines of CZC.
II. Exercise Control over Zakat metters.
III. Manage Provincial Zakat Funds.
IV. Arrange maintenance of accounts.
V. Constitution of CZCs.
COMPOSITION
a. Chairman ( a Judge of High Court).
b. 5 Persons of whom 3 shall be Ulema, to be
nominated by the Governor.
c. 2 Women, to be nominated by the Federal
Government.
d. 3 Provincial Secretaries (Department of Finance, Local
Govt: and Scoial Welfare.
e. Chief Administrator Zakat who shall be the Secretary of
PZC and Chief Executive Zakat of his Province.
